Comfort for a low price
The room was comfy, with new carpet and a solid TV. I loved the fridge and microwave—so handy! The staff was super friendly, and they had this cute little coffee spot nearby. Only thing was, parking was kinda tight at times, so just keep that in mind.

Recommend it for a family getaway
I was very happy with my experience, especially the convenience of parking right outside our door,, made unpacking much easier. The bed was a comfortable king size,, gonna be hard to go back to my own after that.

The motel has a bit of a stale odor that might not sit well with everyone!!! Bathrooms could seriously benefit from some maintenance, especially to avoid leaks in the shower!!! Don't forget the faraway ice maker—it's a hassle!!!

Staying here with friends was great. We explored the Black Rocky Mountain State Park and enjoyed hiking to some stunning spots. The motel was easy on the wallet, and we appreciated the comfortable beds. Overall, it fit our needs well.
The WiFi setup was a bit tricky. we had to get the password in person, which was a hassle.

I had a decent stay at Regal Inn. The carpet felt new, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The wall-mounted TV displayed perfect cable reception. The room darkening shades worked well, blocking out parking lot lights effectively. Enjoyed a hot shower after some long outdoor activities, which felt fantastic. However, the bathroom needed better upkeep, especially around the shower corners—some silicone caulk here could prevent leaks. The ice maker was quite far from my room, making it inconvenient for quick access. Establishing the free WiFi took longer than expected. I had to ask for the password at the lobby. The lady at the desk was sweet but difficult to understand at times. Despite these issues, I felt like I got my money's worth staying here with the pricing at $49. I’d consider returning, especially after a long day of outdoor fun, but hoping for some improvements in the maintenance department.

The room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, new carpet, and effective room darkening shades. The amenities such as the microwave, refrigerator, and wall-mounted TV were all functional and added value to our stay. The presence of ice and soda vending machines near registration was also convenient.
The bathroom could use better maintenance, especially around the shower corners.

The room was surprisingly comfortable with new carpet and effective room darkening shades. Amenities like a refrigerator and microwave were appreciated for convenience. However, the bathroom showed signs of wear, especially around the shower corners, and the WiFi setup was confusing, requiring a trip to the lobby for the password. The ice maker was a bit far from the rooms, adding minor inconvenience.

missingWrote a review on 20 Aprdated décor
The décor felt dated, with signs of wear like the faded cafe curtain in the bathroom and some lingering smells throughout the room. The bathroom could use some maintenance, specifically the shower corners needing better caulking to prevent leaks. Additionally, the ice maker being located outside of the registration lobby felt inconvenient for guests who may not want to trek outside for ice.

It was just a great fit for short visits in Clayton and a good bang for your buck. Prices were lowered by the owner when we initially hesitated to book. Keep an eye out for the noise level at night. it can get pretty loud outside.
